Command Centre
A comprehensive guide to perfecting cross-server communication and community safety.
🚀 Getting Started
/bridge create [name] [language]
Creates a brand new bridge network. The bot will generate a unique 8-character passcode. Give this code to other server admins to link their channels to yours.
/bridge join [code] [language]
Joins an existing bridge network using a passcode. Once joined, every message sent in that channel will be mirrored to all other servers in the network.
/bridge transfer [server]
Hand over full control of the bridge network to another server. The target server must already be a member of the bridge.
⚙️ Network Management
/bridge settings rename [name]
Owner Only. Change the display name of your entire bridge network. This updates channel descriptions and notifies all members.
/bridge settings language
Update the target translation language for your channel. BridgeCord uses DeepL to instantly translate incoming messages.
/bridge info
Displays a live status report showing connected servers, active language, and safety filter status.
/bridge leave
Disconnects your channel. If the owner leaves, leadership is automatically transferred to the oldest remaining server.
🛠️ Advanced Moderation
/bridge settings mod_log [channel]
Owner Only. Automatically set up a secure mod-log webhook in the selected channel to track all security events.
/bridge settings nsfw_filter
Toggle the AI Safety Layer to automatically scan and hide potentially offensive media.
/bridge settings filter_links
Owner Only. Toggle global link protection to block all external URLs (except Tenor/Imgur GIFs).
/bridge settings filter_invites
Owner Only. Automatically block all Discord invites (discord.gg) from being mirrored across the bridge.
🛡️ Quick Report Tool
If you see an offensive mirrored message, use the Discord Context Menu: Right-click Message ➔ Apps ➔ Report to Bridge. This logs the message directly for the Bridge Owner to review on the web dashboard.
